Vibratory Finishing is a wet process. Hence components must be dried properly after any vibro finishing process.
Our vibratory dryers is used for drying of wet components. The dryer is filled with water absorbing media like corn cob. It has heating arrangement to keep corn cob warm and free from moisture.
The wet components when tumbled with warm corn cob, get nice wiping action and Stain Free Drying is achieved. Longer process time here enhances lustre of the components.
Our vibratory dryers have an in-built separation screen for separating drying media and components and is also provided with control panel for temperature control of the heating element.
This dryer is suitable for components where corn cob used is not getting clogged.
